Averill Court Motel is centrally located only a few minutes flat beachfront walk from Paihia's town centre and wharf, within easy walking distance of several restaurants, and only 100 metres from Paihia's safe swimming beach.

We offer spacious accommodation surrounded by subtropical gardens. All our accommodation units have well equipped kitchens, direct dial telephones, TV, and in-house movies.
