Children must be fully supervised on this property and in this home. Additional guests, noisy groups, camping or pets are not permitted. Additional cleaning, provisioning and supplementary laundry services may be available at a further charge.

Christmas and New Year bookings require a minimum of 10 nights unless they are able work in with existing bookings.
25% confirmation deposit, balance to be paid one month prior to arrival.

For up to four guests this ground floor home is an affordable alternative for smaller groups. This option offers most of the amenities and facilities of the property, however, the upstairs suite is not included.

Exclusive Bed & Breakfast Suite (Option Three)

Enjoy the unobstructed view from your private balcony in all weather comfort. Bask on your recliner under the sun umbrella overlooking Russell wharf, Paihia, Waitangi Treaty Grounds and Golf Course and the passing parade of sailing boats, kayaks and motor launches. Relax and watch the sun set over Russell from your very own private slice of paradise.

B & B facilities include:
Private lounge & dining suite, Satellite wide screen TV, DVD, stereo, tea and coffee making, microwave, refrigerator, queen bedroom, single bedroom, ensuite bathroom, personal safe, hairdryer, and the beach as close as your front gate. All rooms have spectacular water views. WIFI is available by arrangement.
A generous breakfast is included and provisioned in your kitchenette to enjoy at your leisure. Other cooked breakfast options are available and an additional bedroom may be available on request. A modern covered BBQ situated on your waterfront balcony completes this extensive package.
